  • No payment gateway — Completing checkout on this Site does not process credit card payments, ACH transfers, or other financial transactions. Prices shown represent consultation package fees or service references for follow-up discussion.
  • Consultation requests — Checkout submits a request for consultation. After checkout, a representative will contact you using the contact information you have provided (typically by email) to continue the process.
  • LocalStorage persistence — Cart items are stored in your browser's LocalStorage until you modify the cart, clear browser data, or complete checkout (which clears the cart in our standard workflow).
  • No guaranteed availability — Adding items to your cart does not reserve advisor time or guarantee immediate availability of specific carriers or products.
  • Pricing adjustments — Final fees for consultation services will be confirmed during follow-up communication and may differ from displayed cart totals if packages or scope change.

By completing checkout, you authorize Choice Insurance Quotes to contact you regarding the selected items and to use cart-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Consultation and Professional Relationships

Engaging with Choice Insurance Quotes does not automatically create an agency, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship beyond what is established through written agreements or applicable licensing rules in your state. Licensed professionals involved in your consultation may have separate obligations and disclosures required by their regulators.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOICE INSURANCE QUOTES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHOICE INSURANCE QUOTES FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise). Some states do not allow limitation of certain damages; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Choice Insurance Quotes and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site or Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
  • Information you submit that is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful;
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
